What We Need From You
To enjoy our ExecuPaws facility, all our furry guests need to meet certain requirements. These requirements ensure that all dogs are able to maintain and develop a healthy immune system. You need to fill out and sign the application form. Copy of their vaccination card plus proof of their last tick and flea and dewormer must be submitted with the application form.
- All dogs need to be socialised so that they have the run of a safe and secure camp.
- We require an assessment for all new dogs (daycare and boarding).
- All dogs must be healthy and up-to-date with their vaccination (5 in 1 plus the rabies).
- Kennel Cough does not form part of the standard annual vaccinations - you need to request this from your vet. The two most commonly used are: Nobivac kc (nasal drops which gives your dog immunity after 72hours) or Bronchicine KC (injection which gives your dogs immunity after 14 days and requires a follow booster 1 month later).
- On a regular tick and flea and dewormer prevention program. Going forward we will manage your dog/s tick and flea and dewormer treatment.
- Once accepted to ExecuPaws, we will take over their annual vaccines, deworming and the tick and flee prevention program. this is non-negotiable and will be added to your account. This ensures that all our guests are as healthy as can be.
Ready To Have A Good Time?
- To confirm your furry kids booking, you will need to complete and return the application forms to me with your pup’s current vaccination including kennel cough and proof of sterilisation (if 6 months or older).
- Arrange a suitable time for an assessment. Monday – Thursday are good days for assessments. The cost of the assessment is R380 (once off – non refundable). We need to spend approximately 30 minutes with you and your fur baby to ask you important questions that your fur baby cant tell us during the day.
- once the application has been accepted, we require the assessment fee to be paid upfront. Thereafter you will be billed upfront monthly for the daycare. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice. Any additional services during the current month (i.e. grooming, dewormers, tick and flea control etc) will be billed the following month.

Assessments are done by a professional dog trainer to make sure our Doggie Daycare centre is suitable for all social and friendly dogs, no matter the age, size, breed or temperament. We do not accept any dogs that have aggressive tendencies towards other dogs and or humans, so you can trust our daycare to be a safe place for your dog.
